Sound healing is a powerful modality that uses the vibrational frequencies of sound to promote healing and relaxation in the body, mind and spirit. It has been used for thousands of years to help oneself tune into their own truth and harmonize with their inner being.
A ceremony is a way for us to step outside of normal time and enter a liminal space where we can do work on the level of spirit for healing and coming back home to ourselves.
Whether we are doing a ceremony for a certain rite of passage, to release, or to call back parts of ourselves, there are many ways to walk the ceremonial path.

Gin completed her 300 hour yoga teacher training with the Shamanic yoga institute. Continuing to unpack the gifts that she received during her training, Gin's practice is to weave that wisdom into her daily life. She is inspired by nature in the ways that it is cyclical, death follows life, as life follows death. We must shed the old in order to step onto the path of our destiny.
